What personal data is collected

  • Data provided at the time of purchase (name, address, email, telephone contact);
  • Billing data (CPF, tax address) for issuing invoices;
  • Payment data processed by the Ifthenpay platform;
  • Shipping data communicated to the carrier GLS.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

  • Execution of sales contract: processing and delivering orders, issuing invoices and managing payments;
  • Compliance with legal obligations: issuing tax documents through the Moloni platform.

How the data is processed and with whom we share it

  • Ifthenpay: payment processor, which receives and processes the data necessary for the completion of the payment (we do not store the complete customer card or bank account details). Ifthenpay’s Privacy Policy can be found at https://www.ifthenpay.com/termosCondicoes.
